How to find your model code

The following information will help you find your appliance rating plate. The model code and serial number are printed on the rating plate and will be required if purchasing parts or booking a service call. If you need further assistance please contact us.

Cooker Hoods - Remove the metal grease filters - the rating plate will be on the extractor motor

Electric Ovens - Open the oven door - the rating plate will be on the door frame

Hobs - The rating plate is on the underside of the hob - It will be necessary to remove the hob to access the rating plate

Microwaves - The rating plate is on the rear of the appliance

Cooling - The rating plate is either inside or on the rear of the appliance

Dishwashers - The rating plate is on the rear of the appliance
